TERAVARNA.in promotes artworks through competitions and exhibitions, which are showcased within a set time after submission.

Please note: All submission fees for competitions and exhibitions are non-refundable. By submitting your artwork, you agree that the payment is final.

If there is a technical issue with our website that affects your submission, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 24 hours of submission.

At TERAVARNA.in, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our valued clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for transactions processed through the RazorPay payment interface.

Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable for order cancellations made within the permitted time frame.

    • Damaged or incorrect artwork received is eligible for a full refund or exchange upon verification.

    • Digital art or downloadable items are non-refundable.

  • Refund Process:

    • All refund requests must be submitted via your personal email with the order ID and proof of payment.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
    • RazorPay processes refunds within 5–7 business days; however, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

Dispute Resolutions:

For disputes or concerns regarding transactions processed via RazorPay, please contact us at info@teravarna.in. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 business days.
