Agreement between User and TERAVARNA India

TERAVARNA.in (India) is an extension of TERAVARNA Art Gallery, dedicated to providing artists with global exposure by connecting them directly with art lovers, galleries, professionals, and private collectors. Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive platform that inspires artistic growth and celebrates creative expression. Through online exhibitions and competitions, we showcase visual art from across India and around the world, fostering a vibrant community where artists can thrive and art lovers can discover unique works.

Privacy

By using our website TERAVARNA.in, you agree to our Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy. Please take a moment to read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

TERAVARNA.in has the right to change or update these terms of use at any time by posting the amendments on the website. The changes take effect immediately, and it’s your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Services

TERAVARNA.in is a platform where artists, galleries, dealers, and collectors can showcase their artworks for sale. We do not handle the buying or selling process—we simply provide a space for people to discover and connect with artists. Our website lets visitors browse and contact artists directly, but we are not part of the transactions. We have the right to refuse to display any artwork if it does not meet our standards. We may also change or update our services at any time without prior notice.

Age and Eligibility Criteria for Competitions

To use TERAVARNA.in website, you must be 18 years of age or older. Art displayed on our site may include explicit content such as sexuality, drug use, violence, or other graphic imagery. By accessing our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we suspect that your information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may restrict your access, or limit your use of our services.

For artists under 18 years of age, participation in our competitions is allowed only if a consent is submitted by a parent or legal guardian. This NOC must confirm their acceptance of our website’s terms and conditions on the minor's behalf. Failure to provide this consent may lead to disqualification from participation.

Juried Art Competitions

TERAVARNA.in organizes juried art competitions on different themes, allowing participants to submit their artworks after paying a submission fee.
All submission fees paid to the website are non-refundable and any refunds made shall be at the sole discretion of TERAVARNA.in.
TERAVARNA.in reserves the right to select its own independent jury to decide on the winners.
The jury's decision is final and cannot be disputed.
The jury may disqualify an artist if there are suspicions of plagiarism or the use of AI to generate artworks, until proven otherwise.
No artwork will be accepted without proper payment.
TERAVARNA.in does not guarantee any cash prize or award just for participating. Prizes will only be awarded to those chosen by the jury as winners.
The amount of the cash prize will be determined based on the total number of submissions. TERAVARNA.in is not required to disclose this information in advance.
If there are multiple winners for a cash prize, the prize money will be divided equally among them.
Winners will be notified by email and asked to provide their bank details to receive the cash prize. If the winner does not submit their details within 10 days, the cash prize will be held until the information is provided.
Any transaction fees associated with the cash prize transfer will be the responsibility of the artist.
Certificates of Recognition are distributed to all artists listed in the competition, regardless of prize category.

Use of Images

When you submit your images to TERAVARNA.in, you give us permission to use them on our website, as well as for advertising, promotions, and sales, including on social media. By participating, you agree that TERAVARNA.in can display your images permanently on our website.

TERAVARNA.in does not hold copyright to any of your artworks. Without your explicit permission, we will never use your work anywhere.

Payments

When you make a payment through the RazorPay interface (mobile wallets, debit & credit cards, UPI, etc.) on TERAVARNA.in, we collect certain information to process your transaction. This includes your personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing address, as well as payment information like your card number, expiration date, and CVV—securely handled by RazorPay. We also gather transaction data, including the amount paid, payment method, and transaction ID. This information is used to securely process payments, fulfill your orders, provide customer support, and prevent fraud.

Any payment made by the gallery to the artists shall be via RazorPay interface only.

By using our payment interface on TERAVARNA.in, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Termination

TERAVARNA.in works hard to make sure our website runs smoothly, safely, and without interruptions. We have the right to limit, suspend, or block user accounts if we believe there has been illegal activity, misuse, or anything that affects the website's proper functioning. We may also remove or change any content, listings, ads, or images if necessary. If we suspect any wrongdoing, we can take legal action. Additionally, accounts that are inactive, unconfirmed, or unresponsive after multiple attempts to contact may be canceled or terminated at our discretion.

Communications

You agree not to share or send anything illegal, offensive, threatening, obscene, or harmful on TERAVARNA.in’s website. This includes content that could be considered criminal, lead to legal problems, or break the law.
